本論では前項（川村，2013）において示された重度神経症群鑑別のための発達的人格構造鑑別診断仮説の物理学的数式化を試みた。これは，当該仮説の力動表現の妥当性精錬を狙ったものであった。その結果，改めて高次神経症性人格構造群の力動仮説が構成され，重度神経症群の仮説も修正に至り，前稿で課題に挙げられた仮説の精緻化を進めることができた。今後は事例検討などの手続きによって仮説のさらなる精緻化，傍証・検証が進むことを望む。 In this paper, the author proposes a developmental hypothesis for differential assessment of personality structure (Kawamura, 2013) in psycho-physiological formulation. This paper aims to identify severe neurotic patients, that is, to test the validity of the expression of the dynamics of this hypothesis. As a result, the proposed dynamic hypothesis for higher neurotic personality structure patients modifies the former hypothesis. This follows the author's statement in a previous paper that refinement of the original hypothesis is an issue to be solved and that further study supported by case studies must be carried out.
